Problem

The legacy Magento experience created friction across key ecommerce touchpoints, including cluttered product pages, inconsistent layouts, and outdated visual presentation.

Product information lacked hierarchy, imagery felt inconsistent, and the overall experience did not align with modern ecommerce expectations.

The redesign focused on reducing cognitive load, improving product clarity, and creating a more intuitive purchase experience.

By simplifying layouts and standardizing visual systems, the goal was to make key information easier to scan, improve trust, and support faster decision-making.

Outcome

The redesigned Shopify experience led to a 33.3% increase in conversion rate following launch.

Additionally, there was a 36.96% year-over-year increase in orders from new customers starting on subscription, indicating improved onboarding, trust, and purchase flow clarity.
